> Short answer: A wholesaler lives on two numbers: the rate he buys at and the money retailers still owe him. Wholesale software in Pakistan handles tiered bulk pricing automatically, tracks every rupee of retailer udhaar with aging, and shows your real margin per deal. It costs Rs 1,999 a month on the Professional plan — one recovered bad debt pays for years of it. Try free for 15 days, no card.

Wholesale & Distribution Software in Pakistan: Bulk Pricing & Credit (2026)

Retail shops worry about customers. Wholesalers worry about retailers. Your customer in Faisalabad orders 500 cartons, your customer in Multan orders 50, and both expect "special rate." Meanwhile Rs 3.5 lakh is sitting in retailer khaatas across three cities, and you find out who is 90 days overdue only when you need cash for the next container. This is the business software was made for.

Bulk pricing without the mental math

Every wholesaler has rate slabs: 1–49 cartons at one rate, 50–199 at a better rate, 200+ at the distributor rate. On paper, your munshi calculates each invoice by hand, and mistakes are guaranteed at 11pm when 6 trucks are loading. The software stores your slabs per product. Enter the quantity, and the correct rate applies itself — every time, for every retailer, with no argument at the counter about "pichli dafa kya rate diya tha."

It also protects your margin. When your purchase rate goes up, you see instantly which retailer rates are now selling at a loss, instead of discovering it at month end when the hisab refuses to balance.

Udhaar is your real business — track it like one

Ask a wholesaler his biggest problem and he will not say sales. He will say recovery. The khata register says "Aslam Traders — Rs 184,000" but it does not say that Rs 120,000 of it is 75 days old and Aslam is still ordering fresh stock.

Proper credit tracking shows you, per retailer:

  • Total outstanding and how old each part of it is (30, 60, 90+ days)
  • Payment promises — "Rs 50,000 on Friday" recorded with a date, so follow-up is a list, not a memory
  • Credit limits — Aslam's limit is Rs 200,000; the system warns before you load stock that pushes him to Rs 260,000
  • Recovery ranking — which 10 retailers hold 80% of your stuck money, so your recovery calls start with the right names

Wholesalers who start aging their receivables typically recover 15–25% of stuck money in the first 60 days, simply because they finally called the right people in the right order.

The supplier side matters too

You also buy on credit — from importers, manufacturers, agents. The same tracking works in reverse: what you owe, to whom, and when it is due. When a supplier offers 2% discount for payment within 10 days, you can see whether you actually have the cash to take it. Most wholesalers leave this discount on the table every single month because they never did the math in time.

Frequently asked questions

I have 200+ retailers. How do I get them into the system?

Enter them once — name, city, phone, opening balance. Most distributors finish in a day or two with a helper. After that, every invoice and every payment updates balances automatically. You never rewrite a khata again.

Can different retailers get different rates on the same product?

Yes, two ways: quantity slabs that apply to everyone, and special contract rates for specific retailers. A retailer with a yearly deal always gets his rate, and the invoice shows it clearly so there is no dispute later.

What about goods returned by retailers?

Record a sales return against the original invoice: stock comes back in, the retailer's balance drops, and your margin report stays accurate. Partial returns — 20 cartons out of 100 — are handled the same way.

My munshi has used a register for 20 years. Will he switch?

He will switch the day the system tells him in 10 seconds what took him an hour to calculate. Start him on invoicing only; the credit aging and reports can come in week two. The interface is available in Urdu, which removes the biggest fear.

Can I see my profit per product, not just total sales?

Yes. Every sale records your purchase rate at the time, so the margin report shows profit per product, per retailer, and per month. You will discover within weeks which products you are selling at thin margins without knowing it.
